Kimberly Pace

Kimberly Pace is the CEO and co-founder of Executive Aura. As a CEO strategic advisor, she builds authentic, honest partnerships with executives to think, lead and act like a CEO. Examples include working side-by-side with the CEO to write corporate strategic plans and executive speeches, leading culture audits and creating positive engagement strategies. The goal is to build the best culture to execute the strategy.

Kimberly is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences on topics such as Executive Personal Brand, Leadership Communication Strategies, and Cultures of Engagement. She’s passionate about building partnerships with senior teams to transform their organizations.

Her passion for transformation is also exhibited in her training of emerging leaders. Kimberly is a professor for the practice of management at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management where she teaches advanced communication courses to MBA, Master of Finance, Master of Accountancy and Executive MBA students.

Prior to teaching, Kimberly served in communications roles for two international non-profit agencies. She designed integrated communications marketing strategies, served as a national communications consultant, launched a national TV branding campaign and designed branding and word-of-mouth marketing campaigns.

Kimberly began her career as the Executive Director and “on-air talent” for radio and television programs aired on CBS, NBC and Fox in seven states to an audience of 5.5 million homes.

Kimberly is trained as a professional singer, actress and dancer and holds a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance. In her free time, she organizes international adventures for friends and family and cycles on the greenway.
