As an adviser and facilitator, she supports our clients in creating and executing positive change initiatives with emphasis on Employee Engagement solutions.  She also serves as a consultant on Ambassador campaigns and strategic advisor for CEOs and emerging leaders.

With over 20 years of executive experience in HR/OD, strategic planning and sales, she combines real-world experience with education and advanced training in emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, conflict management and organization development. As CEO of Palmer Solutions, Deb has worked with organizations ranging from technology start-ups to banking institutions, project teams to boards of directors. Leaders in all sectors engage her for empowering, practical approaches to moving beyond challenges and adversity to build positive relationships and optimum results.

Deb is a 2013 recipient of the Nashville Business Journal Women of Influence Award – Inspiration/ Mentor. Her Nashville community service includes serving as Chair of the Metro Human Relations Commission, Board President of JUMP CDC and service on the International Coach Federation-TN and CABLE boards. Deb was recognized for her efforts in workforce development by the Ohio Vocational Association as Business Education Person of the Year.

Devoted to lifelong learning, Deb has a degree in Psychology, is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and received certification in Appreciative Inquiry from CASE Western Reserve University. Deb is certified in a variety of individual and team assessments and 360-degree feedback tools.

Deb also completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and teaches workshops in cultivating presence and mindfulness in life off the mat. Deb loves living in Middle Tennessee with her husband, Dennis and can be found most weekends about their vintage custom houseboat with their dog, Mattie.
