Dennis has over 40 years of industry experience in information technology, strategic planning, marketing and engineering. His success comes from a focus on engaging people through effective communication and hands-on leadership. Dennis is an expert on working within complex systems and managing change. He’s a lead relationship builder and relationship analyst for culture audits, engagement campaigns and internal communication initiatives.


More about Dennis

In his 25 years with Bridgestone Americas (BSA), Dennis was responsible for creating and facilitating the senior executive retreats and planning sessions and was responsible for IT and business strategy as Vice President of Enterprise Planning and Information Technology for the company.

Prior to that, he was the Global Account Manager at AT&T, where he worked for 17 years. Dennis understands the importance of a ‘systems approach’ to creating change. He was responsible for designing and implementing communication networks and systems as a network technician and systems engineer, and ultimately managing senior-level relationships throughout a multi-national, fortune 100 client.

Dennis holds a MBA and resides in Nashville, TN. When he’s not working, you can find him relaxing on a custom, family-built river cruiser.
